The Highlander Restaurant and Bar
The Highlander Restaurant Bar chef serves dinner between 5pm-8pm each night (1st November -30th April) and is also a great place for a relaxing glass of wine on a cosy lounge in front of the fire. Offering two dining areas, each with a different feel and a private dining room for special occasions.
The chef is passionate about using local ingredients where ever possible, you will find their home grilled, smoked, cured and bake delicacies hard to choose between.
The wine list provides a match for every dish, and for those who like their steak with something bigger, there are a number of local beers to choose from.
