Whilst at the Lodge you have access to the whole Tarraleah Estate which offers a range of dining options suiting all occasions. For breakfast, lunch, a special treat or coffee you have Teez Café. For your evening meal or drink you can visit the Highlander Restaurant and Bar.
A full breakfast is included for our Bed and Breakfast Lodge guests and is served in Teez Café between 8am-10am each day. Perfect for preparing for your day of walking wilderness tracks, befriending hairy cows or catching the elusive wild trout.
Teez Café offers outstanding coffee and a while you’re there you can read a little of the history of Tarraleah and be tempted by the range of in house and locally made cakes, desserts and pies.
Open for Breakfast and lunch from 8am, 7 days a week between September and mid-May.
The Highlander Restaurant Bar chef serves dinner between 5pm-8pm each night (1st November -30th April) and is also a great place for a relaxing glass of wine on a cosy lounge in front of the fire. Offering two dining areas, each with a different feel and a private dining room for special occasions.
The chef is passionate about using local ingredients where ever possible, you will find their home grilled, smoked, cured and bake delicacies hard to choose between.
The wine list provides a match for every dish, and for those who like their steak with something bigger, there are a number of local beers to choose from.
At Tarraleah we have a range of options for small private celebrations for special occasions such as birthdays, celebrations and wedding anniversaries. Our private dining service helps you to create your own unique experience with very personal service for any size group from 2 to 18 guests.
